What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Decrease the workload and value quality over quantity. It will help with getting work accomplished. Help the support staff with workloads by not overwhelming them with endless tedious tasks.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is best in giving support to its staff and associates. It wants you to succeed. It will help you to be the best and grow in your weaknesses.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can become overwhelming due to the number of cases that the firm takes on. The work can be slow to get done because of how much is left to be done between the small support staff.
