What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Better pay is something that I would like considering the workload that is expected for us to take care of sometimes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The culture at this firm is all about meeting a standard that is expected of a firm that has a long history. The good thing is I am able to communicate easily with not only my fellow attorneys, but I am also able to communicate with superiors regarding different cases and issues. The firm also provides us with the best resources.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think the pay could be better for subordinates such as myself. But there is at least a good route of opportunities for advancement at the firm.
