What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Not sure how but the atmosphere needs to change. The other staff members are turning what should be something enjoyable into something at times unbearable and I've considered leaving because of this.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is pretty good and there are some bonus incentives and enough training opportunities to take advantage of. Management is pleasant to talk to.
What did you not like about this institution?
By far the worst thing of this firm has to be the other staff members; nobody is helpful aside from management. Staff is disrespectful and rude.

Great atmosphere for both hard-working people and those that want to enjoy their work day. Very talented attorneys and knowledgeable staff. Truly a work-hard, play-hard group. No one leaves unless they have been asked to.
