What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be some sort of upper management put in place. I did not like some of the conflicts that I saw taking place. I'd also like to see a salary increase across the board to all workers at this firm. Having new staff would be a welcome change as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some of the interns that I worked with were very kind and quite knowledgeable. I received quite a bit of help from the interns and one older gentleman that had a lot of experience under his belt.

What did you not like about this institution?
There was always conflict taking place at this firm and the work environment was very chaotic. The pay was also terrible while I was here and the firm was understaffed.
