This firm needs to find a better method for allocating hours. Maybe offer paid weekends to come in and finish work or work from home.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Roberts & Roberts is a good place to work if you're looking for mobility. I was promoted after only a year of being at this firm and have continued to climb since then. They also offer very good pay for their positions.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours at this firm can be quite long and daunting sometimes. Certain weeks aren't too bad, but then there are others where you hardly get to see your family. If you don't mind working long hours, then you may not mind it.
