What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see some more senior level attorneys hired. I'd also like to see management grab the bull by the horns and focus on keeping people on track more often.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Since I started working here as an intern 4 years ago, I fell in love with how passionate everyone is about their work. We take on meaningful cases that make me feel good at the end of the day. Everyone is also very honest and helpful here as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel as though we are understaffed. I also think that we could use some better management since some people tend to hop around case to case too much.
