What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should consider increasing the pay to associate level staff at least 20%. Otherwise many lawyers will turn around and look for work somewhere else.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can really learn a lot by working as an associate here. There are plenty of chances to prove yourself in the courtroom too. This is great experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
A lot of lawyers say they are underpaid here and they are looking to work elsewhere. When you put in fifty-plus hours per week, you expect to be compensated accordingly but this may not be true here.
