What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The learning curve for some of the more difficult cases could be relived with some additional training during the first month.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Making this firm my first choice was definitely the right one. Everyone is very warm and friendly, and always willing to lend a hand when you need it.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the cases can be difficult without outside help, but this can be solved by simply asking co-workers for advice.
