I love every aspect of Wenderoth, Lind & Ponack, LLP - its lawyers, atmosphere, leadership, and operations. It's a top pick.
We are thrilled with our interactions with Name, who consistently demonstrated professionalism, great questioning skills, and made a lasting impact on our staff. Quick follow-up and responsiveness were also evident, and we believe they are a fantastic representative of this law firm. We highly recommend Name for anyone searching for a top-notch candidate.

Energetic workplace with sometimes detached management on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If management wants to gain back trust and respect from the firm's employees they should take more seriously the input coming from those who are concerned either about their future at the firm or about budget cuts-all of which affect the kind of work that they put out.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Energetic workplace with sometimes detached management

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of accountability and transparency at the management level when eliminating positions or the staff who filled them. When it isn't clear the circumstances under which they left, it leads to more distrust in an already detached management.

Hire more individuals to take care of more work which will in turn bring in more business to the firm. This will make things better overall.

Working at this firm has let me open my horizons and move into a greater position for myself and learn a lot about my career.

I can't recommend this firm on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
They should really consider expanding their current office location to accommodate the current staff that is there. I'd also like to see management take over and make the work environment more orderly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorney's and staff are always there and ready to help you out and lend you a hand when needed. The cases are also interesting and never dull.

What did you not like about this institution?
While most of the attorney's here are friendly and are willing to go out of their way to help you, there is a real lack of management and the work environment always feels way too frantic.
