I would say add in more mid-level positions so people can still advance their careers while working there.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP is a fine law firm, but it wasn't exactly the right fit for me. For what they do, they do it well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I needed a place where I could count on promotions and more responsibilities, but I wasn't finding that here. The firm is still pretty solid.
