Hire more so that way more of the business could be spread out amongst employees and that would allow them to take on even more things.

Everyone at this firm is a hard working individual and shows it. It is a great bunch of people to be around and to learn from.

What did you not like about this institution?
It takes some time to get used to being able to handle how many things have to get done around here. Deadlines are tight.
