What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Everything including the drinking during office hours! My goodness they had a refrigerator full of alcohol and a wine cooler in his office. Spend money on your employees salary and less on alcohol maybe?

Change everything and pay better and actually clean your own dishes

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
As much as I enjoy the Veterans help, I would like to rise in station at this firm and would like a clear path to do so even if it's just a pay raise and some small advantages.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere is very uplifting and helpful. The other staff members enjoy sharing their knowledge and wisdom with the little guy like me. I have learned a lot under these people.

What did you not like about this institution?
Veterans have taken all the best positions in the firm and there is little room to rise in station. There are no bonus opportunities until you've spent enough time with the firm.
