Open up some more mid-level positions so that new employees have a chance to gain extra experience.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I spent a year and a half with this firm and it was an excellent learning experience that helped me prepare myself for advancing my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are limited opportunities to move up in the firm, as there are many lifers that will be there until they retire.
