There needs to be training for management to better treat all staff. Staff should be compensated with good benefits for their level of work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is composed of kind people and the staff creates a positive environment. There are flexible hours available and many of the attorneys don't over-work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits that the staff receives are very poor. There is a high lacking of leadership within management. Management also has their own favorite personnel and creates a negative moral in some cases amongst staff.
