What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The expectations should be lowered for all employees. Inevitably, some fine employees will burn out and leave otherwise. The offices could use some plants and other finishing touches.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office building is gorgeous. It's a pleasure pulling into the parking lot each morning. Employees are allowed a great deal of self-direction and choice in their work. Management does not micro-manage at all.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours can be demanding at times. Employees are expected to be available to clients nearly round the clock. The offices are removed from the wonderful locale of downtown Richmond, VA.
