What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The superiors should take more of an approach to take care of any projects that deal with other departments. But like I said, it's a minor issue because there aren't too many projects that make this important.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think the people I work with at the firm are some of the most intelligent and professional I have come across in my career. The work culture and environment are excellent. The pay, benefits, and resources are all great.
What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw here, it seems to be a lack of the ability to relay resources to different departments. That is my only gripe.
