What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I believe that current employees should have priority over job openings since they already know how the firm works, and it is a nice way to recognize their hard work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The name of the firm is very well recognized, which helped me to build trust with clients when I was fresh out of school. Also, the amount of resources available to employees makes the job much easier in my opinion than in a smaller practice. I also enjoyed working with a team that had different backgrounds, as it was refreshing to be among different people.

What did you not like about this institution?
It lacks opportunities for advancement, as they usually bring outside talent to fill higher positions, which made it harder for me to see a future within the firm.
