What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There need to be better standards and procedures for hiring employees to ensure all junior attorneys share a minimum level of competency.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Morris & Morris PC is a typical corporate law firm in most respects. The more senior employees are a pleasure to work for. They devote significant portions of their time to mentoring the junior attorneys. The firm's location in downtown Richmond, VA is icing on the cake.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management unfortunately doesn't have an eagle's eye for talent. Consequently, many of your coworkers will not be up the challenge of assisting you on your cases. Additionally, the work load for junior attorneys is on the high end of acceptable.
