Offer more flexibility so that people with tighter schedules can still put in their best work for you.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This was the first place I ever worked out of law school, and it was a very exciting experience where I learned a lot.

What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling can be a bit chaotic, but I did not find it to be much of a problem.
