What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see more time and focus spent on more complex cases and I'd also like to see a few new attorneys hired to take on the smaller simpler ones.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had the pleasure of working with some very experienced attorneys that I built great relationships with. I always felt like help was right around the corner while working here and I never experienced any hiccups.
What did you not like about this institution?
Our standards were set a little bit too high in my opinion. There were times in which I felt as though we were going overboard on some cases that would normally be considered basic by most law firms' standards.
