What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see more experienced management members implemented. I would also like to see some guidelines implemented along with a clear and well-structured work flow.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is great, everyone is really involved with their work and cares a lot about their clients. I also liked the fact that our office was very spacious.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management was really lacking as there were more than a few instances in which I along with other attorneys were left twiddling our thumbs due to not knowing what to do or where to go next.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see our current office expanded or moved to a larger location that would be more accommodating for the amount of staff that we normally house. I'd also like to see us put a halt on hiring people for at least the next few years.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers plenty of room for moving up and there is always someone around that is willing to lend a hand when times get tough. I also feel as though the office is very relaxed and we do not take on more cases than we can handle.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish that our current office was larger. It feels somewhat constricting especially considering that we just hired a bunch of new interns.
