What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Upgrade and replace the current support staff. Find someone to take charge of this area and get them into shape because that will make things around the office work much smoother.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They treat associates and young lawyers like adults, and understand the importance of work-life balance to avoid burnout. They have an excellent client base and plenty of work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The general staff administration is totally dysfunctional, and there is quite a bit of support staff turnover. There aren't enough young lawyers in the office; it's very top heavy.

Either the problem workers need to be fired or people need to be sat down and told to get along.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is paid far more than you would get at similar places. You won't feel like you are underpaid while working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The whole firm just has a toxic vibe to it and everyone is always fighting for more even when they are already paid generously.
