Management needs to be more serious when it comes to their company. Having fun is important, but not all the time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is quite fun when first starting out. They have casual Fridays and staff parties quite frequently and always try to ensure the work environment is upbeat and fun.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm lacks leadership and seriousness. The manager doesn't take enough matters seriously and it's hard to feel professional at this firm. Management needs to do better at getting down to work and setting aside time for fun.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to manage the staff more as well as the clients. Employees shouldn't have to deal with unruly customers and staff should be respectful to one another.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here for a few years and became close with a few coworkers. We got along great and the firm had us working together a lot which was nice. This firm really emphasized the importance of teamwork and I found this method to work very well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The atmosphere can feel a bit like high school sometimes. The staff gossip to one another and it can feel uneasy at times. Certain clients were unbearable to work with but our firm rarely turned down a client.
