What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Have a backup plan in place when those situations call for unexpected extra hours, so we're not caught as off guard. This was the big problem I had with the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The experience was great; the staff, and even HR, was always very pleasant and clear with what they had to say. Issues are promptly handled and taken care of within a reasonable amount of time.

What did you not like about this institution?
You can have long hoursand are not always informed of them with enough time to prepare. Because of this, my home life suffered when I worked with this firm.
