What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to improve communication, provide timely responses, and ensure full transparency in billing and services. Clients should receive clear updates, documented work, and professional interactions at all times.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
None
What did you not like about this institution?
Communication was extremely poor. Emails were repeatedly ignored, and responses only came after payment or when a paid call was scheduled. No meaningful legal work was completed despite providing documents. I have not received a clear invoice or explanation of charges. The interaction also felt unprofessional, including being spoken to in a raised tone when asking about billing.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Avoid engaging without clear expectations, written scope of work, and consistent communication. Lack of follow-through and unclear billing practices should be avoided.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
They could improve by implementing consistent communication practices, providing timely and detailed invoices, documenting all work performed, and maintaining professionalism in all client interactions. Accountability and responsiveness are critical improvements needed.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to provide more structure. Employees are feeling lost and unsure of their manager
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm offers employees good pay and fair wages to employees of all levels. Management also offers benefit packages to employees after performance evaluations if employees have done well in their previous year and do not give out bonuses.
What did you not like about this institution?
The issue with this firm however is a lack of structure. Management almost always seems unavailable to answer questions or concerns and leaves employees lost and confused with their position. Many feel uneasy of their job security and this firm doesn't seem to give their employees much of an incentive to stay.
