This firm needs to cut back hours if employees are feeling overworked. Otherwise, they will resent their job and leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a lot of room for growth and advancement. The firm is large so you'll have a lot of opportunities for advancement if you wish. Management was also very helpful and willing to listen when you needed them.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem with this firm are the hours worked. Some weeks felt like way too much work and I could never get a good work and home balance. I seemed to live at work and became exhausted after a while.
