What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see my firm hire some more senior attorneys that are knowledgeable in terms of family law. Perhaps they could teach us how to stay more disconnected emotionally in terms of our cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really cares about its clients and I have witnessed numeral times some of my coworkers going up and above their call of duty to help their clients.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometime we can get too emotionally involved in cases. I feel like we could use a few more attorneys to help us stay emotionally uninvolved in some of the more emotional cases.
