This firm needs to offer better pay as well as benefits. Employees need these benefits to live.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is very helpful in giving employees opportunities for growth. They train you very well and I felt like I learned a lot while working here. They really care about benefitting your career and want to make sure you are taken care of.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be a little better. They also don't offer any benefits, which was a bit of a letdown. I didn't need them at the time but it would have been nice to have it for the future.
