What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If this firm wants to keep their staff around for a long time, they need to be able to offer a chance to climb the ladder. Otherwise people will leave.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm was such a fun to work for. I felt very close to management and I got along with the staff great. The clients at this firm were also very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I made a lot of great friends working for this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
My Only Negative with this Firm was the Upward Mobility. This firm didn't have much room for growth and I felt stuck in my position. The only reason why I left was because I had a better job opportunity at anotherfirm.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give the lawyers a chance to leave the office and gain experience. Don't hover over the lawyers and micromanage literally every single thing they do. The lawyers are professional adults and you'd be surprised of their capabilities if you just gave them to chance to be lawyers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm hires extremely nice employees. Support staff and attorneys work well together and are pleasant to spend time with. The personal injury clients are nice and the intensity of cases has a decent variety
What did you not like about this institution?
In regards to the personal injury division, there is no room to grow here. If you are complacent and just want to ride out the last few years of your carrier and have zero ambition - then this firm is perfect for you! The partners are at the end of their carriers and have seemingly no intention of passing the torch. This firm will eventually dissolve once the founding partners start retiring.
