What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see new employees start out with a higher salary and I would like to see more faces around the office so that we can spend less time at the office after hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here while I was in college and the attorneys here are very professional and you can tell that they genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about their work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salary is a little bit low for a firm of this size and the work hours can be burdensome at times. It was a far drive from me as well but that's not the firms fault.
