This firm should offer staff sessions and meetings to help build team work. This will help employees get along with one another.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm did a great job of taking care of their employees and making sure their satisfaction came before anything. They would take into consideration employee opinions and never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem with this firm was some of the staff. I felt like even working at this place for years that I did not know anyone. I did not become close to anyone and management never did anything to bring employees closer together.
