What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like to see this firm hire new attorney's that are friendlier. I'd also like to see them slowdown in terms of taking on new cases. They were overloaded with work during my brief stay at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay is what stood out the most to me at this firm. Being a real estate firm there is also plenty of work to go around and it is always busy around the office which can be a plus but can also be a downside at times.

What did you not like about this institution?
I found the interview process to be very arduous and when I first started working here I did not receive much help from the other attorney's. Some of the attorneys can be very standoffish.
