Supervisors need to put in more time on the job to prevent mistakes and keep the trains running on time. They should not give so much responsibility to their sometimes incompetent assistants (often relatives and personal friends).

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm gives you a lot of options to choose how you work and what you work on. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop any professional skills you want to work on, from client management to courtroom skills.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is too neglectful at times. This has resulted in ugly blunders like late checks and forgotten bonuses. They would let expenses go without reimbursed for 9 months at a time.
