What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I have seen time and time again people leave because of how you choose the customer over your loyal staff. We had worked very hard to prove ourselves.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The place looks visually appealing and management cares a great deal about how the place looks and how we treat our customers. Customers are expected to be treated like our honored guest in every way.

What did you not like about this institution?
Staff can suffer at the expense of the customer especially if the customer is not happy. Management will take the side of the customer when given a choice.
