What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would advise management to focus on recruiting more clients and advertising the firm, in order to retain quality lawyers. Also, provide an incentive for recruiting clients as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is really a client driven firm. The clients are handled on a very personal, hands on manner. I really enjoyed getting to know the clients and their particular needs. I was able to devote time to my clients' cases without being rushed to go to the next case.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, there are not enough cases and clients available to the attorneys. There are many instances of not having clients for an extended amount of time.
