Offer more solid hours and scheduling so that more people can have their needs met and still put in their best effort.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was so happy when I learned I was hired by Greenblum & Bernstein PLC. The atmosphere is phenomenal and I have learned so much here.
What did you not like about this institution?
Scheduling can be a bit chaotic, but for someone like me with an open schedule, it isn't a problem.
