This firm needs to lighten up the work load or hire more employees. If employees feel burnt out then they will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a great experience working for this firm. Management was friendly and would engage employees in work tasks that help build team work and communication skills. We also had casual Fridays, which I thought were a lot of fun.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish the firm didn't have such long hours. Most weeks were 60+ and I just felt tired all the time. The work load always seemed so high and I felt like I was falling behind all the time.
