What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Add another hire or two per round of hiring, and split up the workload a little more fairly.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
In my 2 years spend at Lemery Greisler LLC, I learned more than my 6 years at law school. Everything is very hands-on and there are a lot of resources to learn from.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can be demanding at times and I occasionally had to stay longer for overtime, which I didn't mind.
