What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Superiors taking more of a proactive approach to making sure that people here take more responsibility for certain tasks and cases would help with the efficiency of some jobs.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The superiors at the firm are great people, and they are always willing to help out the attorneys. I like some of the people I work with. The pay and benefits are good. The firm has a very relaxing environment and a good working relationship with clients.
What did you not like about this institution?
I do think that a flaw with the relaxed environment is that there are some attorneys that fly under the radar sometimes and do not take care of their responsibilities. This causes some of the attorneys to do more work than they should.
