What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Even though the pay and benefits aren't that great, the firm does encourage the associates to take opportunities that lead to promotions and moving up within the firm. That is something that helps people who do not like their salaries.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like that the work place here is all about motivating the attorneys. Associates here are willing to help each other out. The work culture and amenities are pretty good.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a lot better. I also think the bonus and incentives aren't too appealing either.
