Try and make more positions open or be able to match other firms. I did not want to leave, but had to due to the circumstances at hand.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm was a great stepping stone for my career. I learned a lot while being there and made a lot of connections.

What did you not like about this institution?
They could not match an offer I received from elsewhere and I had to leave to go to another firm. I wish that was not the case.
