What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see us hire a few more attorneys to help us when we get really busy. I would also like to see us diversify and take on more interesting cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very small tight knit group of people are always working on cases together and lending each other a hand. The work environment is very conducive to growing as an attorney. The pay is great as well (excellent starting salary).

What did you not like about this institution?
The work can be very boring at times and the office can feel sluggish at times as well. We are a bit understaffed as well and could use a few more attorneys.
