What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be more flexible with the scheduling and allow employees to take vacations more often. The workload is heavy but compensated well.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Novena&Novena LLP has one of the best reputations in the state, and it is easy to see why. There is so much to learn and do while everyone is making sure you're doing your best.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lot of work that seems to never end, but it's great for strengthening your weaknesses. The firm often demands long hours.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Extremely unprofessional. Like a budget sweatshop lawfirm. Only use for matters that you don't really give a s**t about. Completely incapable of filing anything, copy paste from old filings, lazy write-ups. Total waste of time! If you want to win anything, do not work with Farhad. I don't give a crap about reviews but for this horrendous firm, I hope no one else has to go through an attempt working with these inept morons. Farhad, you specifically. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
