What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Upgrade your tech; it's pointless not to be getting with the times. Using only paper just slows down the process. This will optimize work flow. Training opportunities should be introduced.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office is nice and the setup is very well for staff's convenience and efficiency. The tourist location is good for business.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to learn everything as I went. There was not much help from other staff or management. There was no direction at all. The environment is old school; everything is done on paper.
