I've learned to prioritize and manage my skills in a better manner. You need to work hard along with your senior attorneys if you want to learn new and interesting things. You may feel need to switch due to limited advancement opportunities.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I don't even know where to begin to describe the culture and benefits of working at Clark, Campbell, Lancaster & Munson, P.A. The work is as challenging as you want to make it, the people especially management want to see you succeed and know that if you succeed that they will too. They happily provide training both online and in person. There are ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What did you not like about this institution?
Job advancement wasn't easy due to flat management structure; some said they had nowhere to go except to another company to 'move up'.

This firm needs to pay their employees more if they want to keep employees around. Otherwise they will look for better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found this firm to be quite friendly and approachable. Management does a great job of training you when you first start and I always felt open to ask any questions I had.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay for this job could be better. It wasn't the worst paying job I ever had but certainly wasn't the best. The only reason why I left was because I got a better opportunity elsewhere.

Create more of a friendly place; make it more of a destination and not feeling like I have to drag myself to work every day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at the place for 5 years and never really felt as part of a team force. Pay was decent for me.

What did you not like about this institution?
The energy is there, but everyone feels like they are on their own. Some workers do not respond well to this type.
