Put some more time into the training program and expand on the materials. Try following up with the training every month for 3 months to monitor progress.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a place where you will learn a lot and need help to get adjusted. Once you do, the workflow is very satisfying and challenging.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a bit difficult to get started at first. I had little issues getting acclimated, but other new hires might have more trouble.
