Consider adding some more mid-level positions so people can take on more tasks and responsibilities in their work days.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This was my first choice out of law school because I heard they were a great place to learn new skills. There are a lot of resources and people willing to help.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is little chance to move up in the firm since there are many veterans that will be there for life.
