5.Current EmployeeA Good AtmosphereOffice Support in Troy, MIRecommendProsA typical day can swing from breezy to stressful, but such is life in the field of law. Generally there is not lack of work to perform here. Management has it's hits and misses, but they do try and it shows. Recently, they have added free snacks!!! The office culture is great and will make you feel as if you are family. Coworkers tend to be the most enjoyable part of the job, as there are some unique and very talented characters.ConsThe firm could do a better job of shifting its focus on the staff. Especially after learning about how many other firms are now offering amazing perks such as free tickets to their employees to sporting events and concerts. Beyond that, Kemp Klein is a great place to work and I recommend it.
