I would recommend that you keep doing what you're doing. Don't change anything. I think management is doing an outstanding job.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a great reputation and has been in business for over 90 years. Great employee benefits. Full-service law firm with many practice areas. Located in convenient area in downtown Fort Myers. Parking paid by employer.

What did you not like about this institution?
I don't have anything to add in this category. I can't think of any reason why it's not a good idea to work for the firm.

Provide a better work/life balance. Treat your workers with more respect.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment is relaxing and friendly. The pay is decent. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers. I enjoyed a lot of the work.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not always a good work/life balance at the firm. There is an issue with office politics.

I would like to see more opportunity's put in place in regards to promotions and moving up the corporate ladder. I'd also like to see this firm take on more interesting cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I enjoyed my stay at this firm and learned a lot while I was working here as an intern. The main thing that stood out to me was how well everyone worked together.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work was very dull in my opinion. I felt as though the cases were quite repetitive in nature and it felt as though there was not much room for advancement as well.
