What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A meeting maybe once a week to see if associates can offer advice to each other may help to create a better work environment where associates can freely brainstorm with others.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the things I was really interested when I first came to the firm was making sure I was going to be paid well for my work. I wasn't disappointed when I started working here. The benefits and pay have been great. The firm definitely takes care of their associates.

What did you not like about this institution?
I definitely think the work environment can be a little difficult to handle sometimes. There doesn't seem to be a time and place for collaborating or networking with others in the work place when it comes to projects and clients. I think this is something that needs to be worked on.
